This pole barn home project started with the partnership and design trust our clients put in our building experience. The outcome is a beautiful post-frame residential home that features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main living area features vaulted ceilings with exposed trusses, which provide an inviting space for the kitchen and living areas. Radiant in-floor heating throughout the structure provides efficient heat and warm floors. In addition, this structure has a laundry room and a second-story loft.
On the exterior, we used an Ocean blue for all exterior walls and a textured black roof with matching black trim, windows, and doors. Out front, there is a 6' front porch and a gabled foyer over the side door. Also included is an exterior deck and a separate entrance to the second story.
